New levers are expensive and take time to ship. You never know how many clutch levers and brake levers you’ll need (Lever Savers fit both levers universally.) If the product proves defective during the applicable warranty period (90 days from original purchase), Lee Parks Design, LLC will provide a replacement in exchange for the defective product. All replaced parts become the property of Lee Parks Design, LLC. As used hereafter, “Customer” refers to the person or entity asserting rights under this warranty. In order to obtain replacement under this warranty, Customer must return the defective part to Lee Parks Design, LLC. Customer shall be responsible for all costs associated with delivering the product to Lee Parks Design, LLC, and delivery back to the customer. Any shipments must be prepaid; COD shipments will not be accepted by Lee Parks Design, LLC.
This warranty shall not apply to any defect, failure or damage caused by accident, ordinary wear and tear, use outside of the product’s specifications, improper use or improper or inadequate maintenance and care. Lee Parks Design, LLC shall not be obligated to a) install, repair or service the product; b) to repair damage resulting from improper use or connection to incompatible equipment; c) to repair any damage or malfunction caused by the use of non-Lee Parks Design, LLC supplies; or d) to service a product that has been modified or integrated with other products when the effect of such modification or integration increases the time or difficulty of servicing the product.
THIS WARRANTY IS GIVEN BY Lee Parks Design, LLC WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Lee Parks Design, LLC DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Lee Parks Design, LLC’s RESPONSIBILITY TO REPLACE DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY PROVIDED TO THE CUSTOMER FOR BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY. Lee Parks Design, LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IRRESPECTIVE OF WHETHER Lee Parks Design, LLC HAS ADVANCE NOTICE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
