Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

You may return current new, resalable condition, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item on arrival, etc.). Sales are final on any closeout items.

You should expect to receive your refund within 10 days of receiving your package.

If you have an account on our website and need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

If you do not have an account on our website, please send them along with a note indicating whether you would like an exchange or refund with your order number and contact information to the following address:

When returning or exchanging any of our gloves, do not use adhesives, tape or staple notes to any of the products as it will cause damage. Deerskin is very delicate material and removing a sticky adhesive will cause damage which will result will incur a restocking fee of 25%. Please note, if you do not include a note with details as to what you want as well as your contact information your gloves may not be returned to you. Please make sure to include that information with the gloves.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once the item ships.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Most orders placed by 1pm PST ship the same day Monday-Friday. Orders will ship from California or Oregon.

Orders placed after 1pm PST Monday-Friday or weekends will ship the next business day. To get your order to you as quickly as possible, we ship using UPS or USPS depending on destination, size of order & when the order is processed. As a general guideline, regular GROUND shipping can take up to: 

Southern California, 1-2 business days   |   West Coast, 2-3 business days   |   Mid-West, 3-4 business days   |   East Coast, 4-5 business days

(The above is a guideline only: add 1 extra day for weeks that contain a holiday)

HI, AK and US Territories: allow 5 - 7 days.
Rural area delivery may take an additional day.
APO, Military Bases, US Territories: allow 10 - 14 days.

UPS do not deliver on the weekends & they do not count them as business days. If you choose USPS Priority Mail, please allow 2 - 5 days and provide a valid postal delivery address. 

International Orders

We ship internationally to over 40 countries. You should receive your order in approximately 7-21 business days; depending on how fast the Customs Department in that particular country clears your order.

The mail services we offer through the United States Postal Service (USPS). USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times. Mail may travel to its destination by ground, air or a combination of both. Once the package leaves our office, we have no control on when it will be delivered. Please contact your local post office to track your package. 

First Class Package International Mail is generally delivered between 7-21 business days.

Priority International Mail is generally delivered between 6-10 business days.

Priority Express International Mail is generally delivered between 3-5 business days.

Average number of days may vary based upon origin and destination.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS: You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Lee Parks Design, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country to which you are receiving/sending the goods.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
